What the form takes
Your name and your work email, if you send the form. It asks for nothing else.
There's also a hidden field that catches spam bots. It holds nothing about you.
Nowhere else on this site collects your details.
Like most hosts, ours may keep basic server logs, such as IP address and time of visit.
What this site doesn't do
It sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, tracking pixels or ad tags.
Why we use your details
So that a person can reply. And, if you ask for one, to arrange a first conversation.
We don't sell or rent your details. We make no automated decisions about you with them.
Who handles them
Our website host receives the form and sends it on to us. We never share it with another client.
How long we keep them
As long as we need to reply and follow up, and no longer. Ask us to delete it by replying to any email from us.
Your say
You can ask what we hold about you. You can ask us to correct or delete it. Use the form, and a person will see to it.
Data from our work together
That's covered by our data commitments, and by our written agreement with you.
Meant for businesses
This site is for business owners and their staff. It isn't directed at children.
