Your data
Your systems stay closed to us until you open them.
What we read, what we keep, and what we never do.
Our six data commitments
- We only read what you choose to show us, and we start with no access at all.
- We only use AI providers whose terms rule out training on your data.
- Nothing we build sends, replies or deletes without a person approving it.
- We keep what we need for the work, and delete it when the work ends or when you ask.
- Your information is never shared with another client.
- The form collects your name and work email, only so we can reply. Ask us to delete it by replying to any email from us.
Access works in three steps
- 1. TalkNo access at all. We ask about your week, and you share what you like.
- 2. SampleOptional. You pick a small sample, such as a week of timesheets, and blank out what you like. We use it to show what the output would look like.
- 3. Read-onlyOnly once you go ahead, and only what the job needs. For a billing check, that's where timesheets arrive. For a morning five, it's your mail and calendar.
What a sample is for
A sample only shows you the shape of the output. It isn't used for other work, and it's deleted once we've shown you.
Read-only means read only
It can see. It can't send, reply, delete or move. If a draft helps, it leaves one for a person to send.
You hold the off switch
Remove access and it all stops at once. You don't need us for that.
Who approves what
Nothing we build sends a message, pays a bill or changes a record by itself. It prepares the work and puts it in front of a named person.
If that person does nothing, nothing happens.
After the work ends
We hold only what the work needs. When it ends, we delete it. Ask sooner, and we delete it sooner.
Ask us
Bring your data questions to the first conversation. We'd rather you ask than wonder. No question about it is too small.
Want to go through yours?
A first conversation with one of our co-founders is free. It lasts about an hour and needs no access.
A person replies, normally the same or next working day.
